- Preheat the oven th.6 (180ºC). Line a pie pan with shortcrust pastry. Leave to rest for 15 mins. In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk, and brush the pie’s bottom with a little of this mixture. Using a fork, prick the bottom of the pie and bake for 5 minutes.
- Carefully wash the spinach, hull it, pat it dry, and cut it into thin strips. In a bowl, roll them in flour.
- Add cottage cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Mix well and pour over the spinach.
